The service
Wefaq is a construction project management platform connecting consulting offices with project owners and contractors through per-project shared workspaces.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping sign-in credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if the platform or users are put at risk.
Subscriptions and billing
Consultant plans and trial periods follow the pricing and duration shown at signup. We may change plans or pricing with reasonable notice where permitted by law.
Content and uploads
You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display it to operate the service for authorised project participants.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Wefaq is not liable for engineering or contractual decisions users make using the platform.
