Delete your account
You can request deletion of your Wefaq account. We process requests in line with our privacy policy and applicable legal obligations.
Before you delete
Download any files or reports you need first. Deleting your account may not immediately remove shared project data others rely on; we may anonymise you or keep limited copies for compliance.
How to request deletion
Email info@wefaq-coc.com from the address linked to your account. Include “Account deletion request” and which portal you use (consultant / owner / contractor).
We may verify your identity before completing deletion. We confirm receipt within a reasonable business timeframe.
What is deleted
Profile data, sign-in credentials, notification preferences, and portal access. Billing or audit records may be kept for a limited period where required by law.
Alternatives
If you only want to stop notifications or sign out on a device, you can do that from account settings without deleting the entire account.
